Shipping/Returns/Exchanges

Orders begin processing within 24-48 hours of being placed Monday-Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.


During high volume times there may be a delay in processing/shipping times due to the high volume of orders, up to 2-3 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and you will be emailed a tracking number when your order ships. You will be contacted if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock.

Packages that arrive damaged may be denied. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by STY'LIN. Final Sale and Pre Order items may not be returned

Orders submitted after 2:00pm CST will not begin processing until the following business day.

STY’LIN does not issue refunds, STORE CREDIT ONLY-NO EXCEPTIONS. 

You must contact our Exchange Department at: stylin6345@gmail.com within 24 hours and items must be shipped out within the next business day with tracking information provided to STY’LIN and  must be unworn and unwashed.  

 Grooming products, pierced jewelry, shapewear or swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons. Jewelry and  Shapewear are FINAL SALE. ALL exchanges must be received within five days of receiving the initial shipment Items must have all tags attached.

 Items must be returned at the customer’s expense, STY’LIN does not cover shipping expenses on exchanges.

 Free shipping is not available on exchanges. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to STY’LIN. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.  

 STY’LIN reserve the right not to credit you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.

 When placing orders, the billing and shipping address must match the address that the credit card company has on file or the order will not be processed.
